I am having difficulty using my current lot of antibody for my intended application. What should I do?

Please provide as many details about the experiment as possible as well as an example of the data generated.  Experiment details and data along with description of issues should be emailed to techserv-usa@enzolifesciences.com.  Be sure to provide the following information:  cat no., lot no., PO no., application used, protocol followed, samples type and species used, treatment of samples, positive/negative controls used, trouble shooting efforts made, confirmation of whether or not this is the first time you have used this product and had issues, and data generated.  If available, please fill out a troubleshooting questionnaire form for your intended application and attached that to an email to Technical Support as an alternative.
