In order to prevent bubble formation, please follow these recommendations:
1) Remove red tip from the bottle and cut the tip off with a sharp razor or scissors. The cut should create a hole big enough to let the HIGHDEF® IHC mount flow out easily.
2) Place the bottle upside down in a container before use.
3) Slides should be washed in water only (not in alcohol or xylene) prior to applying HIGHDEF® IHC mount.
