Enzo's PCR & Gel Clean-up columns (ENZ-GEN100) are strongly recommended in this step. Also, Qiagen's QIAquick purification columns and buffers may be used. However, DNA purification columns and buffers from any other vendor (including Enzo's BIOARRAY™ cDNA purification kit, ENZ-42407) may cause results to be impaired since after labeling with Cyanine-dUTPs the DNA becomes much more hydrophobic and elution with an aqueous buffer may be problematic.
