Have You Published Using an Enzo Product?
Once thawed, it is recommended that appropriate aliquots are prepared and stored at -80°C. In order to retain full activity, the concentration of diluted protein in each aliquot must be at least 0.1 mg/ml and the volume should be at least 20 µl. Also, we recommend using Enzo's KillerTRAIL™ Storage and Dilution Buffer (Prod. No. ALX-505-005) for preparation of dilutions. For immediate use, the prediluted KillerTRAIL™ or SuperKillerTRAIL™ must be kept on ice until needed for the experiment.
