Each one of the compounds are supplied at a concentration of 10 mM in DMSO, unless stated otherwise. In high-throughput screening, most compound libraries are screened using two different concentrations. The concentration of the compounds very much depends on the nature of the screen (e.g. isolated enzyme, cell lysate, intact cells, etc.) and is left up to the end user. For cell-based assays, we usually suggest diluting compounds from 1 in 100 to 1 in 1000 using either distilled water or culture medium. It is fairly common to see the “high” concentration be in the 100 µM-250 µM range and the “low” concentration be in the 500 nM-10 µM range. If these concentrations do not fit the parameters of your experiment, you will have to adjust accordingly at your own discretion./p>
