How should I determine DNA concentration before labeling with Enzo’s CGH labeling kits?

We recommend determining concentration and purity of the genomic DNA using the nucleic acid module of a NanoDrop UV-VIS Spectrophotometer (Thermo Scientific) or equivalent. The A₂₆₀/A₂₈₀ ratio should be approximately 1.8 and A₂₆₀/A₂₃₀ ratio should be 2.0 or greater. Significant deviation from these ratios suggests the presence of contaminants and indicates that the sample should be repurified.
