How much Assay Buffer is required to reconstitute my serum samples in prior to cAMP/cGMP quantification?

The volume of Assay Buffer needed to reconstitute samples is completely dependent on experimental conditions. We recommend re-suspending 1mL of serum in 1mL of Assay Buffer and then trying a few dilutions from there.
