How long does it take to dry down samples after blood is mixed with ice cold ethanol for Bradykinin ELISA, ADI-900-206?

Precise time to dry down depends on the efficiency of the SpeedVac.  Usually it would take 2-4 hrs to completely dry the sample. However, samples can be left overnight in a SpeedVac at room temperature. Samples should be dry the following day and their integrity not compromised as they are kept under a vacuum.
