Quality control for E. coli host cell protein ELISA kit (ENZ-KIT127) is performed by randomly selecting multiple plates from each lot. All lot-specific components are tested together using the HCP reference standards. Results are compared to historical data to assess pass/fail status.
We do not perform quantitative cross-lot testing. If there are significant changes made to the antibodies or reagents used in manufacturing, we perform a complete analytical re-validation.
