How critical is four minutes centrifugation at 13,800 x g following boiling and cooling samples at step 5 in sample handling with Protein A ELISA kit, ADI-900-057?

The recommended centrifugation is 4 min at 13,800 x g. Depending on your centrifuge, you may need to adjust time and speed to get rpms that are consistent with 13,800 rcf  g values depend on the radius of the rotor and this is not same as rpm.  Speed and time have been optimized when the protocols were developed.
