Have You Published Using an Enzo Product?
We recommend using a NanoDrop UV-VIS Spectrophotometer in the microarray measurement mode to determine yield and dye incorporation. Use 1.5 µl from each sample to measure. For a typical labeling reaction, with an input of 850 ng of high quality genomic DNA, the expected yield should be at least 4 µg. This DNA should contain either at least 200 pmol of incorporated Cyanine 3 or at least 130 pmol of incorporated Cyanine 5. Please also refer to the incorporation measurement guidelines outlined in the NanoDrop manual.
