As is illustrated in the figure included in the data sheet of ADI-900-057, this ELISA kit can detect both native and recombinant protein A. It is also capable of recognizing protein A variants, making this kit compatible with a variety of Protein A. Although resins from all the different resin suppliers were not tested, there is no reason why this kit would not be able to monitor any type of residual protein A contamination in purified IgG preparations from any species.
