Does genomic DNA need to be fragmented for labeling with Enzo’s CGH labeling kits?

Restriction digestion or fragmentation of the isolated genomic DNA is not required prior to labeling with our CYTAG® CGH (ENZ-42671) and CYTAG® Super CGH (ENZ-GEN120) Labeling Kits. Our CYTAG® TotalCGH Labeling Kit (ENZ-42674) requires DNA fragmentation by enzymatic digestion with the included restricion enzymes when single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis is being performed.
