Does Cellular senescence activity assay, ENZ-KIT129 require running standards and are standards provided with this kit?

Cellular senescence activity assay, ENZ-KIT129 is designed as semi quantitative assay. Therefore, standards are not provided. As shown on page 7 in the user manual, one can plot RFU values as a function of number of passages (or other parameters) as a control for the increasing SA-ß-Gal activity.
