Can tissue be used with your cellular senescence activity assay (ENZ-KIT129)?

Tissues can be used with this assay. They will need to be re-suspended in the 1X cell lysis buffer provided with the kit and either sonicated or homogenized before using the assay. RIPA buffer is not compatible with the pH-dependent substrate and should not be used in place of the 1X cell lysis buffer.
