Can the Proteostat kit be used to study protein aggregation with gram negative bacteria?

LPS in outer membrane of gram negative bacteria can be problematic.  The permeabilizing buffer described in the manual, would remove the inner membrane of most bacteria, and disrupt the outer membrane of gram negative bacteria.   So, it is possible to visualize inclusion bodies or aggregates in gram negative bacteria.
