Can the Cyto-ID® green detection dye be used in conjunction with another dye to differentiate between endosomes and amphisomes?

The Cyto-ID^® Red long-term tracer dye, ENZ-51037- inserts into the plasma membrane and later is internalized by endocytosis. Cyto-ID^® Red dye and Cyto-ID^® autophagy dye could possibly highlight heterophagy-vs-autophagy. It is possible to combine Cyto-ID^® Autophagy dye with Lyso-ID^® Red dye or LysoTracker™ Red dye in live microscopy experiments (Oeste CL, et al. Interactions between autophagic and endo-lysosomal markers in endothelial cells. Histochem. Cell. Biol. 2013.).
