Can the CYTO-ID® dye (ENZ-51036, ENZ-51037) be injected into mice for in vivo studies or does it need to be loaded into cultured cells?
CYTO-ID® long-term cell tracer kits (ENZ-51036, ENZ-51037) have not been tested for in vivo studies. The CYTO-ID dye would be difficult for in vivo studies, because it requires special dye loading buffer, and washing out of excess dye.
