Yes, tear-apart strip 96-well plates can be used with the Absorbance 96 plate reader. Our ELISA kits all come with 8-well strip plates that are fully compatible with the Absorbance 96 plate reader. Most tear-apart 96-well plate designs adhere to ANSI/SLAS standards for microplates and are thus fully compatible with the plate reader.
