Can some guidance be provided to detect the activity of COX1 and COX2 from human plasma, and advise assay design with the Ibuprofen, meloxicam, known COX-2 inhibitors for COX activity assay kit, ADI-907-003?

We have not specifically validated this kit with human plasma samples. Page 5 of user manual provides the work flow. This provides an overview for assay inhibition assay design.
