Can results from SARS-CoV-2 IgG ELISA Kit ENZ-KIT170 be correlated to plaque-forming units (pfu/ml) of SARS-CoV-2?

SARS-CoV-2 IgG ELISA Kit is designed for the qualitative measurement of the human SARS-CoV-2 IgG.  ELISA detects human antibodies to COVID.  So, It is not possible to correlate +/-  results from SARS-CoV-2 IgG ELISA Kit ENZ-KIT170 to pfu/ml of the virus.   Positive and Negative Controls in this kit yields plus/minus results based on the cut-off OD values (COV).
