Can Polymount be used with a coverslip to image fixed cells stained with PROTEOSTAT® Aggresome detection kit, ENZ-51035? Is the fluorescence stable to image following day?

Solvents should be avoided for imaging specimens stained with PROTEOSTAT® Aggresome detection kit, ENZ-51035, as this is known to cause loss of fluorescence intensity. Fluorescence is stable and fixed cells can be imaged next day as long as slides are wrapped in an aluminum foil to minimize direct light exposure.
