Can I use your HIGHDEF® Chromogens with an alternative detection system (e.g. ABC)?

In theory, it is possible to use the HIGHDEF® Chromogens with an alternative detection system. It is recommended, however, to use our POLYVIEW® PLUS detection system for optimal results. Thanks to the nanopolymer detection reagents, you will have much more sensitivity and specificity with no background.
