Urine is not a sample type which has been validated for these kits, nor are there any publications found citing usage of these kits with this specific sample type. It cannot be guaranteed that they will work for urine. However, as long as you can efficiently dilute your samples to avoid matrix interference while still leaving the HSP70 concentration within the standard linear range, urine samples should work.
