Can GFP-Certified™ Apoptosis/Necrosis Detection Kit, ENZ-51002, and Cyto-ID® Autophagy Detection Kit, ENZ-51031, be combined to perform triple staining simultaneously detecting apoptotic, necrotic and autophagic cells ?

GFP-Certified™ Apoptosis/Necrosis Detection Kit, ENZ-51002, and Cyto-ID^®Autophagy Detection Kit, ENZ-51031, cannot be used in combination because of spectral overlap between the apoptosis and autophagy detection dyes. The kits could be used in parallel on analyzed cells. For example, after treatment with Staurosporine, it is recommended to analyze one set of samples using the apoptosis/necrosis kit, ENZ-51002, and another set with the Cyto-ID^® Autophagy Detection Kit, ENZ-51031.
