Can different colored dyes be used to measure a different parameter with eThe eFluxx-ID® multidrug resistance assay kits (ENZ-51029, ENZ-51030)?

It is possible to use a dye which would not have spectral overlap with the EFLUXX-ID® dyes (ENZ-51029, ENZ-51030) and propidium dye. Since Propidium Iodide is used to identify dead cells in the assay, any other dye should not overlap with emission of the Propidium Iodide or the EFLUXX-ID® dye.
