Can DAPI be used as counterstaining for the nucleus with the nucleolar green detection kit Nucleolar-ID® Green detection kit for microscopy ENZ-51009 ?

Hoechst 33342 has been shown to work well.  DAPI and Hoechst have similar spectral characteristics and either of them should work well as a counterstain for Nucleolar-ID® Green detection kit, ENZ-51009, in microscopy.
