Biotin-labeled in situ probes are most commonly used for chromogenic detection, they can easily be adapted to fluorescent detection with the help of fluorophore-labeled (strept-)avidin. Our digoxigenin-labeled AMPIVIEW® and DIGX® probes can be used for FISH with fluorescent anti-digoxigenin antibodies or primary anti-digoxigenin antibodies and a fluorescent secondary antibody.
