Can a multiplex assay be set up for testing three pumps at a time with The EFLUXX-ID® multidrug resistance assay kits (ENZ-51029, ENZ-51030)?

It is not possible to differentiate the pumps in a single assay with the EFLUXX-ID® multidrug resistance assay kits (ENZ-51029, ENZ-51030), because the assay requires pump specific inhibitors.
