Are Enzo’s CGH labeling kits suitable for single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis?

Our CYTAG® TotalCGH Labeling Kit (ENZ-42674) is perfectly suited for CGH+SNP array analysis. Our CYTAG® CGH (ENZ-42671) and CYTAG® Super CGH (ENZ-GEN120) Labeling Kits are not a priori suited for SNP analysis, but can be utilized to generate labeled DNA for SNP array hybridization with the addition of stepos for enzymatic digestion with additional restriction enzymes..
