Antifade mounting medium hardset (ENZ-53002, ENZ-53003) needs to be warmed at 37-42°C for about 20 minutes, then vortexedt, if clumps are noticed. Vortexing after warming would ensure the reagent is in liquid form. Smaller aliquots can be prepared after the first use, in order to avoid freeze/thaw cycles and facilitating the melting step.
