27 ml Assay Buffer is provided in ADI-901-002, ADI-901-153A, ADI-901-173 and in several other 5 plate ELSIA kits. Would this amount of buffer be sufficient for all of the samples after preparing standards?
Assay buffer in 5x 96 plate kits (e.g. in ADI-901-002, ADI-901-153A, ADI-901-173) is provided as 10x Concentrate and this requires 10 fold dilution before use. Please check user manual before starting the assay.
