Immunohistochemistry Detection Reagents
Eliminate Data Ambiguity

High Sensitivity. Low Background. True Results.
For decades, immunohistochemistry (IHC) has been an invaluable tool for the detection, localization, and quantification of antigens in preserved tissue for research and diagnostic purposes. Enzo’s complete set of tools improve the quality and efficiency of your IHC process from start to finish. Avoid ambiguity with high-sensitivity and low background reagents that are compatible with manual and automated platforms. Combined with the market’s most extensive palette of unique chromogens, Enzo provides the flexibility needed for simple or complex protocols.
POLYVIEW® PLUS
- Ready-to-use reagent
- Biotin-free nanopolymer detection circumvents endogenous biotin background
- High intensity color development delivers sharp, crisp staining
- Compatible with both automated and manual platforms
- The Antibody Blocker/Diluent further reduces background (sold separately)
- Customize with HIGHDEF® chromogens of your choice (sold separately)
POLYVIEW® PLUS detection reagents are ready-to-use (RTU), biotin-free solutions developed by directly labeling immunoglobulins (anti-mouse or anti-rabbit) with a nanopolymer of alkaline phosphatase (AP) or horseradish peroxidase (HRP) using proprietary technology. This ensures consistent and reproducible immunodetection of primary antibodies (mouse or rabbit) or nucleic acid probes combined with label (digoxigenin or biotin) linker against nuclear, cytoplasmic and membrane antigens in different types of tissue specimens. The single-step IHC or two-step ISH methodology enables faster staining procedures with significantly lower background.
POLYVIEW® PLUS AP (anti-mouse) reagent is suitable for use with mouse IgG antibodies.
POLYVIEW® PLUS HRP (anti-mouse) reagent is suitable for use with mouse IgG antibodies.
POLYVIEW® PLUS AP (anti-rabbit) reagent is suitable for use with rabbit IgG antibodies.
POLYVIEW® PLUS HRP (anti-rabbit) reagent is suitable for use with rabbit IgG antibodies.
SAVIEW® PLUS Reagents
- Ready-to-use reagent
- Streptavidin-based detection with reduced carbohydrate and biotin background
- Suitable for both manual and automated platforms
- Streptavidin Blocker/Diluent further reduces background (sold separately)
- 5-10X more sensitive than avidin based detection
- Customize with HIGHDEF® chromogens of your choice (sold separately)
SAVIEW® PLUS AP or HRP Reagent are ready-to-use (RTU) has been developed by labeling streptavidin molecules with nanopolymer of alkaline phosphatase (AP) or horseradish peroxidase (HRP) using proprietary technology. This ensures consistent and reproducible detection of biotinylated primary/secondary antibodies or biotinylated nucleic acid probes on tissue sections.
MULTIVIEW® PLUS (mouse-HRP/rabbit-AP) IHC Kit (Brown/Green)
- Biotin-free nanopolymer-based system for superior multiplex antigen detection
- Complete kit includes HIGHDEF® Chromogens for sensitive, crisp 2-color development
- Preserves precious tissue while reducing reagent and labor costs
- Expandable with additional chromogens (sold separately)
The MULTIVIEW® PLUS (mouse-HRP/rabbit-AP) IHC Kit (Brown/Green) provides reagents and materials for the ultrasensitive multiplex detection of mouse and rabbit antibodies used in immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining. The kit is a non-biotin detection system suitable for identifying antigens and nucleic acid in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues and frozen sections. This kit may also be used with blood smears, cytosmears, and cell preparations. MULTIVIEW® PLUS (mouse-HRP/rabbit-AP) IHC Kit (Brown/Green) contains both MULTIVIEW® PLUS HRP (Anti-Mouse) Reagent and MULTIVIEW® PLUS AP (Anti-Rabbit) Reagent, which have been developed by directly labeling anti-mouse immunoglobulins with enzymes using a proprietary tandem hyper-labelling technology in a ready-to-use format. This ensures consistent and reproducible immunodetection of mouse and rabbit antibodies or nucleic acid combines with label (digoxigenin or biotin) linkers against nuclear, cytoplasmic, and membrane antigens in different types of tissues and cells. The MULTIVIEW® PLUS HRP (Anti-Mouse) Reagent and MULTIVIEW® PLUS AP (Anti-Rabbit) Reagent enable faster staining procedures compared to traditional two-step methods using biotin and avidin/streptavidin conjugates, with significantly lower background.
