Normal Tissue (human) Blot II

Human Normal Tissue Blot II is designed for proteomics research in screening for antibody and protein expression. It carries 9 different human normal tissue lysates with 15 µg of total cellular protein in each lane. Proteins in a wide range of molecular mass are separated in a 4-20% gradient SDS-PAGE gel and transferred onto nitrocellulose membranes.
Custom gel percentages between 7% and 15% may be available upon request.
