Tumor Tissue (human) Blot IV

Human Tumor Tissue Blot IV is designed for proteomics research in screening for antibody and protein expression. It carries 8 different human tumor tissue lysates with 15 µg of total cellular protein in each lane. Proteins in a wide range of molecular mass are separated in a 4-20% gradient SDS-PAGE gel and transferred onto nitrocellulose membranes.
Custom gel percentages between 7% and 15% may be available upon request.
The human tumor tissues included in Human Tumor Tissue Blot IV are kidney, liver, lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin’s ymphoma, spleen, thymoma, thyroid, and tonsil.
